About the IG DP downloader

What size is an IG DP?
Instagram stores avatars at up to 320 × 320 for most accounts. That is the ceiling — no larger version exists on their servers, so a tool promising a 1080p DP is upscaling a small image and calling it HD.
Can I see a private account's DP?
No. Private profiles do not expose their avatar publicly, and IGDownPro will not try to work around that. The username lookup simply returns nothing.
Does the account holder know I looked?
There is nothing to notify them about: your Instagram session is never used, so no profile visit is recorded from your account. Instagram does not report profile-picture views to anyone in any case.
What does DP mean on Instagram?
Display picture — the round profile photo on an account. It is everyday shorthand rather than an official Instagram term, and 'profile picture' and 'avatar' mean the same thing.
Can I view an IG DP full size without downloading it?
